My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Laurus Travel. This was the first time that we had used your company and you more than exceeded our expectations, from the initial booking (thank you Heather), to the completion of the trip.
Our 26 day tour of China and Tibet was without a doubt an incredible adventure thanks to all of the tour guides who were very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. The trip ran smoothly from start to finish which is not an easy thing to accomplish.
A special heartfelt thanks goes to Jacob and Bella. We couldn’t have done it without you. We are glad to have met you and glad that you stuck with us like “sticky rice”! The itinerary was exceptional, the accommodations were 5 star, and the massive amount of food was delicious.
Your company’s attention to detail was outstanding and we hope to use you again in the future.

After exhaustively researching tours to Asia we decided to book a trip to China with Laurus. Several months prior to the trip we added on the 13 day Japan tour as it was a short flight away. This back to back was a leap of faith as we booked with Laurus based on reviews, the website and our interactions with Laurus. We made the right decision! The tours exceeded our expectations.
The tour of Japan was wonderful. Our guide Addy stayed with us for the entire tour and she was terrific. She didn’t just provide information, she kept us interested and even used sang with a samurai puppet. We were on the go all day long. The hotels were quite nice and centrally located. Most of the restaurants were small local places and the food was delicious. Highlights of the trip included meeting with a geisha, who spoke perfect English, visiting Nara and seeing the sika deer and going to Shirakawa-go.
Without any reservation I would highly recommend Laurus. They are genuinely concerned that you are given the best quality tour available at a reasonable price.

Sorry for the delay. Attached is our thoughts regarding the tour. We did have a wonderful time on the tour learning and seeing a lot.
There were several highlights of the trip that we were glad to have had the chance to see and be a part of during the tour. We feel that we definitely got our money’s worth. The accommodations were excellent with the Aureum Inle Lake Resort being the highlight of the Myanmar part of the tour.
We would recommend Laurus Travel to all without any hesitations. We both feel we saw and learned a great deal about SE Asia and our tour was well worth the money. We will definitely consider Laurus for any travels in the Asian countries in the future.
