That’s a legitimate question considering that the company has been around since 1998.

Laurus Travel’s lack of negative reviews is primarily due to its strong focus on providing exceptional experiences and its customer-centric approach, which leads to positive word-of-mouth referrals and a loyal customer base. In addition, effective communication and avoidance of certain types of consumers also contribute to the company’s lack of complaints.
We can never emphasize enough the importance of thorough and transparent communication. For us, this begins with the first phone call or email. Before we sign up a customer, we take time to educate them of who we are and what we can and cannot do to set their expectations realistic. In other words, the consumer knows exactly what they are getting themselves into from the very beginning.
Far too often, businesses will say anything to get the customer in the door. The owners of Laurus Travel are disciplined enough to avoid such mistakes. We are not afraid of turning down people whom we are not comfortable with. Of course, turning down business is a delicate act and we always make sure that no ego is hurt in the process. We turn down people if they are rude, overly self-centered, or view us with suspicion.

As a small boutique tour operator, we take our reputation and promise very seriously. One good example is, when customer satisfaction and profitability are on a collision course in certain challenging circumstances, we are never hesitant to sacrifice profit for customer satisfaction.
That Laurus Travel does not have serious complaints against it does not mean the company is flawless. We know there’s still a lot of work ahead of us in making Laurus Travel a better company. Despite our hard work, we are always fearful that with the growth of the company we might one day accidently drop the ball, thus get a round of public lashing. We are mindful of that, which keeps us laser-focused on customer satisfaction.
