The motor vehicles we are, air-conditioned and comfortable, are professionally operated and maintained. There will be enough empty seats to ensure everyone’s comfort. We do not pool our guests with other companies’ to cut cost. Shore excursions during a river cruise are exceptions when the excursions are arranged by the cruise operator.
Onboard Toilet
Small and medium sized tour buses are not equipped with a toilet. Some mega-sized tour buses may come with one but the toilet is normally locked to save the driver and his company the cost and hassle of disposing of the waste. When driving long distance, we would make a stop every 2 to 3 hours or whenever a guest has the urgent need to answer the call of nature.
Seat Rotation
Our company policy requires that front seats be rotated among tour members on daily basis. Our tour leaders and local guides are trained to enforce this policy.
