Why There Are No Negative Reviews About Laurus Travel

One question we occasionally hear from prospective customers is: “Why are there no negative reviews about Laurus Travel?”

It’s a fair question. In today’s online world, consumers are accustomed to seeing a mix of glowing praise and criticism for almost every business. The absence of negative online reviews does not mean we are perfect. Like any travel company, we regularly receive constructive feedback, suggestions, and ideas from our guests on how we can improve.

In fact, some of the most valuable feedback comes directly from travellers who thoroughly enjoyed their trip but still took the time to tell us where we could do better.

A recent guest, who travelled on our China Palates & Panorama Tour, described the overall experience as wonderful and praised the quality of the hotels, guides, logistics, and culinary experiences. At the same time, he offered several thoughtful suggestions for improvement.

Among his recommendations were finding a better hotel option in Zhangjiajie due to a chaotic breakfast experience, removing a short stopover in Changsha to create a more relaxed pace, and reducing the number of temple visits near the end of the itinerary to avoid what he described as “temple fatigue.” He also noted that while one local guide was efficient, a more personal connection with guests would have enhanced the experience.

This type of feedback is incredibly important to us. It helps us refine itineraries, improve hotel selections, and continuously enhance the guest experience.
