Please note that our tour reservation form is password-protected to prevent waste of your time and ours. Before asking for the password to fill out the form, please make sure you have done the following:
1. Due Diligence
You have carefully read our Terms & Conditions as well as the itinerary you intend to book, and you are fully aware of what the tour price includes and excludes. Our tour price does NOT include international airfare and our price is per person, not per couple.
2. Physical Fitness
Our tours are very active, unsuitable for those with mobility issues. If you can’t walk eight kilometres (5 miles) at a brisk pace every day, you will not be able to enjoy our tours. For consumers with mobility issues, we do offer privates tours subject to a surcharge.
3. Attitude
Laurus Travel is not for everyone. People coming on our tours must be positive and flexible. Grouchy or overly demanding behaviour ruins the group dynamic. Participants with chronic complaining or disruptive behaviour run the risk of being expelled at their own expense.
4. Space Availability
Please call or email us for space availability. Our website is static, which does not generate real-time data. A departure date that is not crossed out does not mean it is not full or cancelled.
Booking Your Tour
This requires completion of the Tour Reservation Form and a deposit of $400 per person. Bookings made within 90 days of travel require full payment immediately upon confirmation. Read Terms & Conditions before filling out the form.
