Our tour reservation form is password-protected to avoid wasting your time and ours. Before asking for the password, please carefully read and agree to the following:
1. Due Diligence
Please peruse our Terms & Conditions in addition to the itinerary you intend to book. Our tour price is per person, not per couple, and it does NOT include international airfare.
2. Physical Fitness
Our tours are not suitable for those with mobility issues. If you can’t walk eight kilometres (5 miles) at a brisk pace every day, you will not be able to enjoy our tours. We do offer private tours to consumers with mobility issues.
3. Group Compatibility
Laurus Travel is not for everyone. Guests joining our tours should be respectful, positive, and adaptable. Excessively negative, confrontational, or overly demanding behaviour affects group dynamics and will not be tolerated.
4. Luggage Policy
Guests are expected to travel light. Each traveller is limited to one suitcase and one carry-on bag and must be fully capable of carrying their own luggage without assistance. Excessive, oversized, or overly heavy luggage is not permitted, as it creates logistical issues, delays the group, and negatively impacts the tour experience for others.
5. Space Availability
Please call or email us for space availability before blocking your vacation time or arranging your international flights.
Booking Your Tour
This requires completion of the Tour Reservation Form and a deposit of $400 per person. Bookings made within 90 days of travel require full payment immediately upon confirmation. Please read the Terms & Conditions before filling out the form.
