Laurus Travel is a boutique tour operator serving a well-defined demographics. The great majority of our travellers are upper-middle-class consumers with most of them being retired white-collar professionals. Such consumers, in general, are not among the most active in sharing their thoughts with strangers in public domains. This is particularly true of retired lawyers and physicians based on our decades of experience in dealing with such consumers.
Our customers may not write about us, but their loyalty more than makes it up for us. In fact, over half of our business comes from repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals, which allows us to survive and prosper without advertising.
Reliability of Testimonials & Online Reviews
It is a known fact that many businesses pay their customers or third parties for reviews. In its entire 27 years (since 1998), Laurus Travel has never paid a single soul for favourable reviews, and we never will. The number of online reviews on Laurus Travel may be small, but most of them contain so much detail that they give you a clear picture of who we are.
